From a big idea.To a system that works
I’m Bechor, an AI solutions architect and technology advisor.
I take your idea all the way to a working system.
The big picture.Every detail.
Every system has many moving parts.
The work starts with how they should connect.
Users. Data. Processes. Infrastructure.
We map the need and choose a path you can execute.
Diagram: one system connecting users, data, processes and infrastructure, surrounded by interfaces, RAG, agents, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
AI. Product. Infrastructure.One system.
The demo works. Now it has to connect
to the work happening in the real world.

What do youneed to move forward?
Every need starts somewhere different. My work connects the big picture with what actually has to happen.
Building capability.In people, too.
A good deliverable is a beginning.
The knowledge that stays with you is part of the handover.
Hands-on team training. Working with AI agents.
And mentoring with a direction and a plan you can act on.
The thinking.
Already at work.
A clear process.
All the way through.
You always know where we are,
what was decided and what comes next.
- 01
Understand
The need, the people and the constraints. We start from the problem worth solving.
- 02
Plan
Options, boundaries and decisions. We choose a path before we build.
- 03
Build & verify
Step by step. We check that things work - not just that they look good.
- 04
Hand over & support
A deliverable and documentation you can build on. Knowledge that stays with your team.
THINK. BUILD. CONNECT.Nice to meet you.
I’m Bechor.
I turn ideas into systems that work.
An AI solutions architect with a background in development, automation and DevOps. I see the whole path - from the user, through the data, to deployment - so what we build holds up in the real world.
And at the end? Your team knows how to carry it forward.
More about meNot sure
where to start?
Three quick questions.
One direction you can act on.
Before
we start.
A few things worth knowing.
The rest we’ll talk through together.
I only have an idea. Can we start from that?
Yes. You don’t need a finished spec. We start from the need and the people the system should help, then choose what is right to build.
Can we get consulting only, without development?
Yes. You can start with a focused advisory session or a review with a written recommendation. What you receive stands on its own, and you can carry it out with your team, a vendor, or me.
Can you work on a system that already exists?
Yes. We can start with a focused review of the architecture, development process or infrastructure, and define a change you can make and verify.
How are scope and price decided?
Once the need and constraints are clear, you get a proposal with deliverables, scope and milestones. Every project starts from a different place.
Will the training fit our team?
The content is built around your team’s background and goals. It can focus on developing with AI, automation, software quality or a hands-on lab.
Does mentoring guarantee a job?
Mentoring helps you build skills, a portfolio and interview readiness. It is not a placement service and there is no promise of being hired.
