What is collected and why
The form asks for your name, email address, area of interest and a description of your need; organization name is an optional field. The "AI first aid" form also asks for a phone number, so I can call you back quickly, and the type of issue. We also record your confirmation that the information may be provided for handling your inquiry, the version of this notice, and the time the inquiry was received. The information is used to respond, to clarify your need and to continue a conversation you requested. It is not used to sell information or to add you to a mailing list.
You are not legally required to provide the information. Providing it depends on your wishes and your consent; without the required fields or the confirmation of handling, the form cannot be sent. You can contact us by email instead of using the form. Do not send passwords, medical information, payment details or confidential business information.
Storage and recipients of the information
Inquiries are stored in a private database on the server, and a notification is sent to the site operator's Gmail inbox over encrypted SMTP. The information is accessible to the operator and to the infrastructure providers needed to host the site and provide the email service. Google processes the content of the inquiry to provide the email service and may process or store it outside Israel. If you choose to write to the published Outlook address, Microsoft provides the email service for that inquiry and may also process information outside Israel. A failed delivery remains in a private queue for retry or handling.
The information is not sold. It will not be transferred for advertising. Any further disclosure will be made only in accordance with the law, for handling the request you made, or with appropriate consent. The form is not used to make automated decisions about you.
Retention period
Inquiries are kept for handling and for any follow-up contact you requested. In the current setup there is no automatic deletion based on age. The site operator must review and delete information that is no longer needed, including from the mailbox and from backups where possible. Information required by law or in connection with an engagement will be kept as needed. You can contact us with questions or to request deletion; your request will be reviewed in accordance with the law and any need for continued retention.
Cookies and storage on your device
There are currently no tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or third-party embeds on the site. Fonts and images load from the site itself, without third-party services. You do not need to accept tracking to browse or to contact us.
After you make an explicit choice in the accessibility tools, the display preferences you chose are saved in localStorage. Closing the privacy notice saves a dismissal marker on your device. These are not cookies, do not include any form details and are not sent to the server. Your choices are kept until you delete them or the browser clears its storage. You can delete them in the "Privacy & cookies" window. If tracking tools are added in the future, this policy must be updated and a consent mechanism implemented before they load.
Security and technical information
Network requests include technical information such as your IP address. The form's protection mechanism uses an identifier derived from the address for short-term rate limiting, without storing the raw IP address in the inquiries database. The hosting provider may keep its own server logs. Access restrictions and security measures are in place, but no system is completely secure.
Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the network layer, encryption (HTTPS) and protection against attacks. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type and the requested address, and may derive aggregated traffic statistics from it. This processing may take place on servers outside Israel. The form's content also passes through Cloudflare's network on its way to the server: encryption is terminated on Cloudflare's servers and re-established to the site's server. Cloudflare is not used to store inquiries.
Rights to review and correct
Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you may request to review the personal information held about you and request correction of information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date. You may also submit a request for deletion or to stop use, which will be reviewed in accordance with the law. To make a request: [email protected]. We may ask for limited details to verify your identity before providing information, so that it is not disclosed to someone else.
