Accessibility statement.
This is an English translation. If there is any difference, the Hebrew version prevails.
Site operator: Bechor Simhaev. Updated: October 13, 2026.
We work to make the site accessible in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA, and the service accessibility regulations that apply in Israel. The goal is to enable independent and convenient use, including with a keyboard and assistive technologies.
Accommodations implemented
- Page language and direction are defined, with a heading structure and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, field labels and form messages announced to screen readers.
- Alternative text for content images. Decorative background images are hidden from screen readers and contain no essential information.
- Support for small screens and browser zoom.
- Stopping all animations and switching to normal scrolling with one click, and respecting the device's reduced-motion setting.
- An accessibility menu on every page: larger text and spacing, increased contrast, link highlighting, a readable font, keyboard focus highlighting and stopping animations. The panels support Escape and return focus to the button that opened them.
- The site is available in Hebrew and English.
How to use
Use Tab and Shift+Tab to navigate, Enter to activate links, and Space to activate buttons. When navigating by keyboard, a skip-to-content link appears at the start of the page. To enlarge the page, you can use your browser's zoom; text enlargement is not blocked.
Testing and improvement
Every update of the site runs an automated check of all pages, in Hebrew and English, on desktop and mobile: the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules through axe-core, plus checks for reflow at 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, increased text spacing without clipped content, keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, and focus never hidden behind the fixed header. Last review: October 13, 2026, with no issues found by these checks.
Automated checks do not cover every requirement of the standard. A full professional review by an accessibility specialist with a screen reader has not yet been completed, so no claim of professional certification is made. We keep testing and will address any issue that is reported.
